Free shipping applies to orders totaling ¥10,000 or more (tax included).
If the order amount falls below ¥10,000 after applying coupons or points, shipping fees will apply.

About Delivery Times

Regularly stocked items are typically shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, summer holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, and extended holidays).
For pre-order items, please refer to each product page.

*   Delivery is suspended on weekends, holidays, summer holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays.
*   We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped.
*   We cannot accommodate changes to the shipping date or delivery date requests after your order has been confirmed.

Delays may occur in the following situations. Please be aware in advance.

  • When phone numbers or address information provided at the time of order are incomplete or incorrect
  • When traffic congestion or traffic restrictions occur
  • When air cargo loading restrictions occur
  • When transportation is affected by adverse weather conditions (typhoons, heavy rain, heavy snow, etc.)
  • During peak seasons for delivery companies (mid-year gifts, year-end gifts, Christmas, etc.)
  • During extended holiday periods (summer holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, major holidays)
  • During inventory periods
  • When orders are concentrated

購入金額￥10,000(税込)以上で送料無料となります。
クーポンやポイントのご使用で、￥10,000未満になった場合は、送料が発生いたします。
